Grass Fed Sundried Tomato Burgers

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons sun dried tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 pound ground beef thawed
  • 2-3 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • 3-4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • Pinch of salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together and make patties. Either grill or bake in oven on casserole dish to desired temperature.

Serve on bun or in lettuce wrap with salad and roasted red potatoes ( Dice and boil just until start to get soft, then drizzle cookie sheet with olive oil and put potatoes and salt pepper, and any other seasonings and bake on 400-425 until desired crispiness).
